~ Step 1 of 2 in the bromine purification system results in gentle, non-chlorine spa water.

Dosage and Directions: Maintenance:
~ For regular upkeep, consistently add one ounce for every 250 gallons of water to ensure a steady level of bromine is maintained.
1. On a weekly basis add one ounce for every 250 gallons of water in your spa.
2. Regularly check the bromine levels at least once daily using a bromine/pH test kit. For residential spas and hot tubs, maintain a bromine residual of 1 - 3 ppm, and for commercial ones, keep it between 3-5 ppm.
~ Be aware that extensive use or prolonged operation might reduce bromine levels, therefore you may need an extra dose of Sirona Spa Care Activate Granular to keep the bromine at the desired level. Always avoid mixing different chemicals together prior to adding them to the water.

Common Questions & Instructions
How often should I replace testing solutions?

Where should I take the water sample?
Always take your sample elbow-deep (about 18 inches below the surface) and away from return jets for the most accurate reading.
