Product Overview
The Pool Rx+ pool unit is uniquely designed with a special blend of minerals that persistently and efficiently eradicate algae. Encased within the specially treated alloy cylinder is the Pool Rx+ granular formulation. As soon as these minerals are released from the cylinder, they dissolve and create a stable residual that disperses throughout the pool water. These minerals are effective in eliminating algae, which in turn allows even low levels of chlorine in the water to become more active and efficient. Additionally, as part of the pool's filtration cycle, these minerals are continuously rejuvenated each time they pass back through the cylinder.

Dosage:
~ Replace the pool unit every 6 months, or as needed.
Directions:
1. Before introducing PoolRx to your pool, ensure your filter is clean or has been backwashed, and remove all debris from the skimmer and pump basket.
2. Position the PoolRx+ pool unit in either the Pump Basket or Skimmer. For better water flow, placing it in the pump basket is ideal.
3. Add the PoolRx+ pool unit to the pool when the pump is set to run for at least another 3 to 4 hours. This duration is necessary to guarantee that the granules fully dissolve from the unit and are distributed through the filter into the pool.
4. Operate the pump during the warmest part of the day.
5. It's important for your pool to circulate its entire volume of water at least 1.5 times daily. Typically, this requires a pump run time of 6 to 8 hours, depending on the pool's water volume and the pump's flow rate. After installing the PoolRx+ pool unit, avoid re-cleaning or backwashing the filter for a minimum of 2 weeks. This pause allows the granular to completely dissolve through the filter, whether it's a cartridge, D.E., or sand filter.
